Exchanges To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must meet the same return conditions noted above.
