Exchanges To exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must meet the same return conditions noted above.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
